Online Appointment

Thai nationals residing in Hong Kong or Macao (holders of Hong Kong or Macao Identity Cards) may book an appointment in advance online for the following services: Passport Applications, Thai National Identity Card Renewals, Birth/Death Registrations, and Marriage/Divorce Registrations.
Please book your appointment in advance through the online system (one appointment slot per person). Kindly print the appointment confirmation or save a screenshot of the successful registration page to present as evidence on the day of your service. Furthermore, please monitor your email and telephone regularly, as consular staffs may contact you to reschedule the appointment if necessary.
On the day of your appointment, please arrive at the Consulate-General approximately 10 - 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time with all required documents. Please also ensure that you prepare the exact amount of the processing fees in cash.
The Consulate-General reserves the right to refuse service if the applicant fails to present proof of appointment, fails to arrive at the scheduled date and time, or does not provide all necessary supporting documents.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may cancel or select a new time slot by clicking the “Cancel / Reschedule” button in the confirmation email received upon successful registration. Any cancellations or changes must be made at least 1 business day prior to the scheduled date. In case of an emergency, please contact the Consulate-General directly via the emergency hotlines at (+852) 6821-1545 or (+852) 6821-1546 to reschedule.
