Documents Legalization
Notarization/Certified Genuine Signature(s) of non-Thai citizens:
- Documents issued by Hong Kong authorities must be certified by Hong Kong’s Notary Public (please consult the Consulate staffs about the authorized signatures prior to this process).
- Documents issued by foreign authorities outside Hong Kong must be certified by the Embassy/Consulate of its country of origin first.
- All documents must be in English. If the document is in another language (i.e. Chinese or Portuguese for documents issued in Macau), the English translation of the document should be provided. The original document and the translated document should be attached together in a single set, with the Notary Public's signature on the first page of the document.
Supporting Documents
- Valid Hong Kong or Macau ID card
- Valid passport
- Original documents to be certified with authorized signature of Hong Kong’s Notary Public
- Copy of the documents
- Other supporting documents deemed necessary by the Consulate (this may depend on the nature of documents to be certified)
- Fee: 140 HKD per document
