On 26 September 2025, Mr. Chaturont Chaiyakam, Consul-General of Thailand in Hong Kong presided over the opening ceremony of the Phuket Roadshow to Asia Pacific 2025 Hong Kong, jointly organised by the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Hong Kong Office; the Phuket Provincial Admistrative Organisation; and the Phuket Tourist Association to serve as a business platform for Thai and Hong Kong tourism operators at the New World Millennium Hotel, Hong Kong SAR.
