On 18 and 20 September 2021, Consul-General of Thailand in Hong Kong led a delegation from the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Hong Kong to visit the venues under the supervision of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD), Home Affair Bureau of Hong Kong, namely Hong Kong Cultural Centre, Hong Kong Museum of Art, Hong Kong Museum of History, Flagstaff House Museum of Tea Ware, and Hong Kong Visual Art Centre (vA!), with a view to using these venues for cultural exchange activities with the Hong Kong’s side in the future.

In this regard, the Consul-General also met with executives from LCSD to discuss ways to further strengthen the already close and longstanding cultural ties between Thailand and Hong Kong. Both sides will work closely to organise a Thai cultural event in Hong Kong in the near future, which will help enhance the people-to-people connectivity between Thailand and Hong Kong.
