Eligibility

This category of visa is issued to eligible applicants currently residing in Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR wishing to enter Thailand as medium-term visitor for meeting, business, and/or investment.

Period of Stay

Maximum 90 days

  • During the 90-day stay, if the applicant wishes to leave and re-enter Thailand, they are required to apply for a re-entry permit (single or multiple) before departure.
  • After leaving Thailand without a re-entry permit, the current stay permit shall be considered void.
  • The extension of stay is at the discretion of the Immigration Officer. Extension applications can be made at the Office of Immigration Bureau. Please visit https://www.immigration.go.th for more information.
